Putting WW1 remembrance
into Perception
The photos were made during "War or peace festival" in Berlin.Gorki Theater palais.20-21 October, 2018.
Although Neue wache is the main monument in germany for war victims it has a history dating back not only to ww1 and ww2, but the prussian kingdom period.
on the 1st photo the man is reading the information board on the monument.
on the 2 image i have captured a typography detail of the board. it turned out to mean "the men must die 1945" in german.
